Terms of Service

Mandatory Agreement & Binding Arbitration Notice:

By accessing or using uudise (the "Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), whether by creating an account via email, using third-party Single Sign-On (including Google OAuth), or browsing public endpoints, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Risk Disclaimer, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform.

1. Nature of the Service & Informational Purpose Only

uudise is an automated software and artificial intelligence analytics application designed for cryptocurrency market news parsing, sentiment aggregation, and mathematical trade structure modeling.

UUDISE IS NOT A REGISTERED BROKER, DEALER, COMMODITY TRADING ADVISOR (CTA), FINANCIAL ADVISOR, OR INVESTMENT CONSULTANT. WE DO NOT PROVIDE PERSONALIZED INVESTMENT ADVICE, PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT, OR FINANCIAL PLANNING.

All signals, trade setups, technical levels (Entry, Take Profit, Stop Loss), risk scores, and AI Coach responses generated by the Platform are strictly for informational, educational, and research purposes. Nothing on this website constitutes a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or offer to buy or sell any cryptocurrency, derivative, security, or financial instrument.

2. Absolute Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE")

The Platform and all associated content, algorithms, signals, data feeds, and analytics are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

  • We do not warrant that the data, news headlines, price metrics, or trade setups are accurate, complete, reliable, current, error-free, or free from latency.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or bug-free access to the Platform or API endpoints.
  • Third-party market feeds (e.g., Binance price tickers, CryptoPanic, Bloomberg, Reuters, RSS aggregators) may experience delays, inaccuracies, or unexpected outages beyond our control.

3. Artificial Intelligence & Large Language Model (LLM) Limitations

The Platform utilizes advanced Large Language Models and statistical heuristics to summarize headlines and generate execution parameters. You acknowledge and accept that:

  • AI algorithms may occasionally hallucinate, misclassify sentiment, misinterpret market context, or produce inaccurate trade metrics.
  • Past algorithmic signal performance or backtest models do not guarantee or predict future market outcomes or profitability.
  • Cryptocurrency markets are subject to extreme volatility, sudden regulatory changes, liquidity dry-ups, and black-swan events that no algorithm can reliably forecast.

4. User Sole Responsibility & Assumption of All Financial Risks

You understand, acknowledge, and agree that you are solely and exclusively responsible for your own trading, investment, and financial decisions.

Before executing any trade on an external exchange (e.g., Binance, Bybit, OKX, Coinbase), you are obligated to perform your own independent technical and fundamental analysis (Due Diligence). You agree that you will not hold uudise, its developers, founders, operators, or affiliates liable for any financial losses, lost capital, margin liquidations, slippage, or missed opportunities resulting directly or indirectly from the use of our software.

5. Limitation of Liability & Class Action Waiver

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL UUDISE, ITS FOUNDERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of capital, trading funds, crypto assets, or profits;
  • Exchange liquidation events or adverse market slippage;
  • Service interruptions, software errors, or delays in signal delivery;
  • Unauthorized access to your account due to compromised personal credentials.

YOU AGREE THAT ALL CLAIMS AND DISPUTES MUST BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

6. AI Credits, Billing, & Strict No-Refund Policy

  • Subscription Tiers: Access to the Terminal, AI Coach, and Live Feeds requires an active paid subscription (Start, Trader, or Investor tier).
  • Credit Allocation: Subscriptions provide a recurring daily credit quota (resetting every 24h at 00:00 UTC). Additional credits purchased via one-time packs do not expire.
  • No Refunds: Due to immediate server-side computation and third-party LLM inference costs, all digital purchases (subscriptions and credit recharges) are final and non-refundable.

7. Account Security & Third-Party Authentication

When creating an account via email or Google OAuth, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you are of legal age (at least 18 years old) to enter into binding agreements. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and any devices used to access the Platform.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your explicit acceptance of the revised Terms.
