By accessing or using uudise (the "Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), whether by creating an account via email, using third-party Single Sign-On, subscribing to a tier, or browsing public endpoints, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, our Risk Disclaimer, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform.
1. Nature of the Service & Informational Purpose Only
uudise is an automated software and artificial intelligence analytics application designed for cryptocurrency market news parsing, sentiment aggregation, and mathematical trade structure modeling.
All signals, trade setups, technical levels (Entry, Take Profit, Stop Loss, Invalidation Benchmark), risk scores, and AI Coach responses generated by the Platform are strictly for informational, educational, and research purposes. Nothing on this website constitutes a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or offer to buy or sell any cryptocurrency, perpetual contract, derivative, security, or financial instrument.
2. No Warranty of Accuracy, Completeness, or Veracity
The Platform gathers news from third-party social networks, RSS feeds, and public data APIs, processing them through large language models and quantitative heuristics.
- No Veracity Guarantee: uudise makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, truthfulness, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any news articles, headlines, translations, or automated AI summaries. Third-party news sources may publish false, unverified, satirical, or misleading reports.
- Algorithmic & AI Limitations: AI-generated market predictions, sentiment scores, and technical levels are experimental computational outputs and are subject to errors, hallucinations, delays, and misinterpretations.
- "AS IS" Provision: All features and data feeds are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
3. Sole User Responsibility for Trades, Executions, and Losses
Critical Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver:
You acknowledge and agree that YOU ALONE are 100% fully, exclusively, and unconditionally responsible for every trading decision, order execution, leverage ratio, position size, and financial outcome you make on any exchange, broker, or decentralized protocol.
If you choose to enter, modify, or exit a trade based directly or indirectly on any signal, price target, stop loss, AI analysis, or news item displayed on uudise, any resulting financial loss, liquidation, drawdown, or loss of capital is solely and entirely your own fault and responsibility.
uudise, its developers, operators, and affiliates bear zero responsibility or liability for your market executions, slippage, order execution failures, or capital losses under any circumstances.
4. Limitation of Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall uudise, its developers, directors, employees, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, trading losses, liquidation of assets, loss of goodwill, system outage, or data loss.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless uudise and its operators from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Platform or your trading activities.
5. Subscription Billing, Crypto Processing & Strict Non-Refundable Policy
All purchases of subscription memberships (TRADER, INVESTOR) and AI Credit packages are processed exclusively through secure cryptocurrency payment gateways (such as NOWPayments). We do not accept or process payments via PayPal, fiat bank wires, or traditional card chargeback mechanisms.
Strict Non-Refundable Terms:
Due to the instantaneous provisioning of proprietary digital analytical software, immediate unlocking of real-time feeds, and live computational consumption of server and artificial intelligence GPU resources, all payments are strictly final, non-refundable, and non-reversible under any circumstances once processed on the blockchain.
No partial, pro-rata, or satisfaction-based refunds will be issued. By proceeding with any payment, you explicitly waive any right to dispute, chargeback, or refund.
